Bought this bike 2 weeks ago, it creaked immediately after during my first ride. Upon closer inspection the rear derailleur is slightly bent, brake disc rubs against the brake pads, and worst of all the front suspension makes a loud clunk or clinking noise whenever I hit the smallest bump. Also as I bought the bike in a different store, the Waterloo location said they don't honor another store's 30 day tune up service. What a waste of money, I am very disappointed.
