i just got this helmet for less than 3 months. the strap came out from the bolt and just using it for normal use. trying to call the company. always 2 ring ang hang up. i regret buying this brand has no support. i even call canadian tire regarding this matter. they said keep calling this number [****]. they cant help at all. its a manufacture defect. i dont even see there costumer email support. stay away from his company.
